1. Immediate Digital Delivery
All prompt packs and workflow resources sold by Octoprime Pty Ltd (trading as Octoprime Studio) are digital goods (e.g., PDF guides, Notion templates, text prompts, ZIP archives). No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful completion and verification of your payment via Stripe, our automated fulfillment engine immediately dispatches your files.
2. How to Access Your Files
Within minutes of completing checkout, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing a secure download link and access instructions. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly at checkout. You can click the link in the email to download your files directly to your device.
3. Downloading and Storage
We recommend downloading and saving your files to your local drive or cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive) as soon as you receive them. Your digital access links remain permanently active for re-downloads, but we advise keeping local backups for offline access.
