Digital delivery policy
A clear explanation of how we fulfill and deliver your digital purchases.
1. Immediate Digital Delivery
All products sold by Octoprime Studio are digital goods (e.g., PDF guides, Notion templates, text files, ZIP archives). No physical items will be shipped to you. Upon successful completion and verification of your payment via Stripe, our system immediately and automatically dispatches your files.
2. How to Access Your Files
Within minutes of your purchase, you will receive an email from contact@octoprimepty.store containing a secure download link or access instructions. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly at checkout. You can click the link in the email to download your files directly to your device.
3. Downloading and Storage
We strongly recommend downloading and saving your files to a secure location (like your computer, cloud storage, or external drive) as soon as you receive them. While download links are designed to remain active, we reserve the right to limit download attempts or expire links after a reasonable period to prevent abuse.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you do not see the delivery email in your inbox within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If the email is still missing, or if you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact our support team immediately with your name and order details so we can manually resend your access link.
5. Technical Requirements
Our prompt packs and templates are provided in standard, universally accessible formats (such as .zip, .pdf, or Notion links). You will need a standard web browser, a PDF reader, or software capable of extracting ZIP files to access the materials. We are not responsible for technical limitations on your personal devices that prevent you from opening standard file formats.
