1. Agreement & Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety, you must not use our website or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold on octoprimepty.store are digital downloads (e.g., PDF files, ZIP archives, Notion templates, text prompts). We do not ship physical goods. Upon successful payment verification by our payment processor (Stripe), an email containing the download instructions will be sent immediately to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is accurate. We are not liable for delayed delivery caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or email provider outages.
3. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, Octoprime Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased digital materials for your own personal or internal business purposes. You are expressly prohibited from: (a) reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or publicly sharing the raw materials; (b) using the materials to create a directly competing product or service; (c) modifying the materials for resale. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly collect, process, or store your credit card information. Prices, available currencies, and product offerings are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price, exclusive of any applicable local sales taxes (such as VAT or GST) which may be calculated and added by Stripe depending on your billing location. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The website, its original content, branding (including the Octoprime Studio name, logos, and design), editorial content, and all digital product materials are the exclusive property of Octoprime Studio and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited license expressly granted herein.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Our digital materials are provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The prompt packs and templates are meant as starting points and general frameworks; they do not guarantee specific business, financial, legal, or professional outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Octoprime Studio, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Octoprime Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our registered jurisdiction.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
